Years ago I taught a photojournalism course to students in a masters journalism program. The title of my handout, which was almost a small book, was “the Reluctant Photographer – a simple guide to help reporter take better pictures.”
Now, retired from the profession I loved, I am going to recreate the book online. I may even update it with some Internet tips and, of course, I will be looking for comments and I will listen.

This page has the following sub pages.
Ken: Love the idea. I will be following online to learn from your years of experience. (as opposed to years of age!) Is your header one of your photos? Ian
Yes, it’s mine. Like almost all the photos on my sites, it was shot with an old Canon SD10 with a fixed wide-angle, f/2.8 lens. The files are small (by today’s standards) – 4MB. Cheers.
